Sales Training
The sales training includes:

  • Five (5) Residential Sales Consultant classes each year.
    • Two week class focused on technical and sales to better empower the RSC for success in their region.
  • Two (2) Commercial Account Manager classes each year.
    • Two week course focused on technical and sales to better empower the RSC for success in their market.
  • Two (2) different sales courses offered for General Managers biannually, totaling 4 ½ training days, focusing on sales culture and everyday sales management.

Technical Training
The technical training for technicians is comprised of:

  • Heating and cooling system tune-up procedural training in spring and fall
  • Heat exchanger and CO inspection yearly
  • Technical communication and ‘build-a-tech’ in the spring and fall
  • Ongoing NATE certification and specialty programs as needed

Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning is investing in further instruction through the launch of a Learning Management System, to drive assigned and ad hoc courses to better offer a complete education to our technical staff.

Miscellaneous Training

  • Twice annually, conduct Operational Excellence for General Managers, to provide support, resources, and structure for managing a business from the P&L standpoint.

Customer Service Specialist

  • Three (3) times a year, perform outbound calling over a one (1) day program. In this course we cover heating, ventilation, and air conditioning basics, why people buy, calling skills, scripts, customer buying signs, and overcoming customer complaints.

Dispatcher

  • No formal classes given. Ongoing training conducted by the General Manager and relevant staff in the office.
